James Stinecipher

James was born and raised in Marietta Georgia. He enjoyed playing baseball and basketball and going fishing as a young man. He began his career at 15 years old working at a German bakery and restaurant. He moved on to serving and managing at a variety of hotels and resorts throughout Georgia. James became a banquet specialist and began selling, planning and executing weddings and private events at luxury hotel properties. He became very skilled at sales and realized his experience, his energy and passion for his clients enabled him to perform at a higher level than other salespeople.

In 2005 James moved to Fort Mill, South Carolina looking for a new career challenge. He earned his real estate license immediately and started working with his family at Allen Tate Realty. Just as he did in his former career, James began learning all he could about the real estate business. As he became more seasoned, he realized that his passion for people, his unique skill for communicating, his confident ability to work out solutions made him stand out from the other realtors. His hard work and passion for people has helped James’s reputation as a qualified realtor quickly rise. James specializes in listing homes in North and South Carolina. He has earned the reputation as being the “Realtor that gets you ready”! James also works with buyers and investors in North and South Carolina.
